Stuff to keep it in mind when you party in the Mountains ~

 

• It's a windy road to our house and we live in the forest- drive safely and plan accordingly
• We live in the woods with deer, bear, cougars and bobcats.  Please be aware of your surroundings
• There are stumps, logs and other obstacles on the proprty- please navigate slowly & safely
• Kids are welcome!  We have a stream thru the property and plenty of space to explore
• The hills on the property are covered in poison oak- beware!!  
• We have spots to camp on site and may have floor space to spend the night
• We have a single bathroom in the house- be prepared!
• The drive in from town ~30 mins is a windy road w/ spotty cell service.  We have wifi at the house.  All guests are encouraged to power the cell phone down and enjoy nature
• There are tons of great local Hotels, B&B's and Airbnb's in the area- explore!
• We have a band booked-- musicians are welcome to sit in- bring your axe!
• Grass Vally, Nevada City and Auburn all have amazing local culture, restaurants, shopping and the friendliest people on the planet!  Explore & Enjoy!
• We have world class dirt bike trails (moto X, mountain bike, hiking) and Rollins Lake for paddle boards and swimming.  Bring the toys, relax and unwind!
• We'll have a light dinner and desert.  Feel free to bring anything for the bbq and drinks
